Meet the Owner

The only thing Agnes loves more than Ron Swanson is bacon. Growing up on a farm with hippie parents taught Agnes an important appreciation for food that has been sourced locally and responsibly, but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying bacon by the pound, (just hold the nitrates, please!).

Rise is the culmination of Agnes’ upbringing and studies leading to a degree in Nutrition Sciences. Leveraging her degree, Agnes brings a healthy spin to young professionals with this fast paced, yet well assembled breakfast spot. Don’t skip the most important meal of the day, Rise up and kick ass!
